Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient enrollment criteria ? Stroke patients who met the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases and were diagnosed by head CT or MRI. ?First onset, regardless of gender, course of disease 2 weeks to 6 months, the disease is stable, no aggravation or progressive change; ? The vital signs were stable and the clinical condition was stable. ? Between the ages of 18 and 65, right-handed. ?Score =18 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA). ? Be able to understand and follow the orders of the therapist. ? lower limb Brunnstrom stage III and above; Ashworth grade of hip and knee flexor extensor tension improvement =1; Functional walking scale 5; Able to walk independently for 30min. ?No participation in other clinical studies in the past 3 months. ? Patients or their family members agree to participate in this experiment and sign informed consent. Inclusion criteria Admission criteria for healthy subjects ? Between the ages of 18 and 65, right-handed. ? Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score =18 points. ?Be able to understand and follow the orders of the therapist. ? Have not participated in other clinical studies in the past 3 months. ? Patients or their family members agree to participate in this experiment and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient exclusion criteria ? In addition to stroke, there are other neurological diseases. ?Serious complications, cardiopulmonary diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, severe physical deformities, multiple organ damage or dysfunction of vital organs, severe spasms, etc. ? Patients with other muscular, skeletal and other neurological diseases that affect motor function and affect the rehabilitation process, such as fractures, severe arthritis, joint replacement, etc. ? poor physical strength, need crutches or other AIDS to walk; Obvious deep and shallow sensory disorders, lower limb mobility joint limited. ? Patients with severe cognitive impairment,MoCA scale score <17, hemispatial neglect, hearing impairment, visual impairment, aphasia and other disorders affecting coordination. ? Have a history of epilepsy or mental illness. ?Addiction to drugs or chronic alcoholism. ?There are metal objects, intracranial tumors, intracranial infections or any clinically significant or unstable medical diseases in the brain; ? There are contraindications for the use of fNIRS devices (defects or abnormalities in the head, etc.). ? Participate in other clinical research trials at the same time, focusing on specific unconventional treatments for balance function. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects ? Serious complications, cardiopulmonary diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, severe physical deformities, multiple organ injuries or major organ dysfunction, severe spasms, etc. ?Patients with other muscular, skeletal and other neurological diseases that affect motor function and affect the rehabilitation process, such as fractures, severe arthritis, joint replacement, etc. ? poor physical strength, need crutches or other AIDS to walk; Obvious deep and shallow sensory disorders, lower limb mobility joint limited. ? Patients with severe cognitive impairment,MoCA scale score <17 points, there are semi-spatial neglect, hearing impairment, visual impairment, aphasia and other disorders affecting cooperation. ? Have a history of epilepsy or mental illness. ? Drug or chronic alcohol addiction. ?Intracranial metal objects, intracranial tumors, intracranial infections, or the presence of any clinically significant or unstable medical diseases; ?There are contraindications for the use of fNIRS devices (defective or abnormal heads, etc.). ?Simultaneously participate in other clinical research trials focusing on specific unconventional treatments for balance function.
