Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with airway stenosis who plan to undergo airway intervention therapy (diagnosed with airway stenosis through chest CT or bronchoscopy); (2) Age = 18 years old; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II~IV patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with severe mental illnesses; (2) Merge serious internal and external diseases (such as poorly controlled hypertension Poorly controlled diabetes, severe heart, liver, kidney, lung dysfunction or any of the Esketamine or Medication contraindications for lidocaine); (3) Allergic to local anesthetics such as ketamine or amide; (4) Suffering from Patients with heart failure and severe heart conduction block; (5) Long term use of opioid drugs or chronic pain.
