Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ) Girls aged 12-19 years, one year after menarche ; 2 ) is in the primary or high school education stage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 ) liver and kidney disease, liver and kidney dysfunction beyond the upper limit of the normal value of 2 times ; 2 ) suffering from immune system diseases ; 3 ) During the dialysis treatment of diabetes ; 4 ) Type 1 diabetes ; 5 ) Blood system diseases, genital organic diseases ; 6 ) Thyroid dysfunction.
