Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. SCI patients, gender and age are not limited; 2. MRI diagnosis of spinal cord injury in segments above T12 (avoiding spinal cord cones and cauda equina); 3. American Spinal Cord Injury Association Impairment Scale (ASIAIS) assessment of A, B, C, or D; 4. Informed consent to participate in the study. ? Signed informed consent to participate in the study, understood the study procedures, and were able to complete the scale; 5. Patients with comorbid neuropathic pain. ? Patients with comorbid neuropathic pain, with neuropathic pain located in an area of at least 3 of the following dermatomes at the level of the spinal cord injury, and with pain that has persisted for more than 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combination of any other diseases that may cause neuralgia (e.g., diabetic peripheral neuropathy, herpes zoster, etc.) is excluded; 2. Exclusion for the presence of brain damage (previous stroke, etc.); 3. Exclusion for poor quality MRI images that would interfere with the analysis; 4. Any mental or cognitive state that might interfere with the test was excluded.
