Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Proposed donor for related living donor liver transplantation; 2.Age = 18 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with comorbid neurologic or psychiatric disorders that may affect pain or cognitive functioning; 2. Patients with comorbid serious systemic diseases (e.g., heart failure, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular infarction, chronic kidney disease, severe connective tissue disease, active peptic ulcer disease, malignant tumors, etc.); 3. Patients with a history of opioid use; 4. Patients allergic to opioids; 5. Investigators believe patients unlikely to comply with trial requirements after randomization to group; 6. Patients are receiving test drugs as part of another clinical trial;
