Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old. (2) In accordance with the surgical indication criteria specified in the "Chinese Guidelines for Surgical Treatment of Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes (2014)", the patient will be treated in Inpatients undergoing laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass or laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy at the research center. 3) Proficient in using smart phones. ? Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
