18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clear surgical indications requiring supratentorial craniotomy for subdural surgery. Patients aged >=14 years . Patients with follow-up data of more than 3 months and complete clinical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bur hole surgical procedure. Preoperative imaging indicating erosion or damage to the convex dura mater by a lesion. Patients undergoing infratentorial craniotomy. Patients undergoing repeat surgery at the same site due to recurrence. Patients with preoperative indications of intracranial infection. Exclusion of pregnant and breastfeeding patients.
