Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with a stroke 1). Age between 30 and 85 years old (including boundary value). 2).Patients who underwent CT or MRI scan and were diagnosed with stroke during hospitalization (January 2020 to June 2024); 3). First onset of unilateral stroke, the course of disease =6 months; 4).Two fMRI and DTI examinations were completed on admission and before discharge, and the examination results were intact. 5). Patients completed 2 rehabilitation function assessments (including NIHSS scale and Bathel index) on admission and before discharge. 2.Healthy subjects 1).Age between 30 and 85 years old (including boundary value). 2).No previous history of stroke, brain tumor, brain trauma or mental illness. 3).Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent. If the subjects were unable to read the informed consent form (e.g., illiterate subjects), witnesses were required to witness the informed consent process and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. New cerebral infarction or hemorrhage during hospitalization evaluation; 2.The development of other new complications or co-morbidities during the inpatient evaluation led to a decline in functional level. 3. There are built-in metal objects in the body that cannot be removed, such as built-in steel plates, dental implants, pacemakers, etc. 4. The presence of claustrophobia and other contraindications to MRI examination. And 5. vulnerable groups, including people with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, and pregnant women. 6. Incomplete clinical data (for the retrospective data part).
