12 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with brachial plexus nerve injury by an experienced hand surgeon. 2. The injured nerve has undergone microsurgical treatment and more than 6 weeks have passed since the surgery. 3. Aged =12 years and =70 years, regardless of gender. 4. Right-handed. 5. Detectable electromyographic signals in forearm muscles as confirmed by neurophysiological examination. 6. Capable of understanding, agreeing to participate in the study, and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central nervous system injuries. 2. Presence of contraindicated neuroregulation implants (e.g., ferromagnetic implants, pacemakers). 3. History of epilepsy, psychiatric disorders, or other severe cognitive or emotional dysfunctions. 4. Other conditions affecting limb movement, such as fractures, severe arthritis, amputation. 5. Malignant tumors (primary or metastatic) in the repaired nerve or surrounding tissues. 6. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency or serious primary diseases affecting the liver, kidneys, hematologic, or endocrine systems. 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
