Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =65 years old 2. Elective hip replacement is proposed 3. Preoperative ASA grade I-III 4. Able to cooperate to complete magnetic resonance examination 5. Sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, previous history of mental illness (such as schizophrenia, major depression, etc.) 2. Cognitive dysfunction existed before surgery (MMSE score <24) 3, there are contraindications for magnetic resonance examination (such as heart pacemaker implantation, etc.) 4. Severe audio-visual impairment, unable to cooperate with delirium evaluation 5, patients who are expected to require long-term postoperative sedation or mechanical ventilation
