Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For medical institutions, the inclusion criteria are: various levels of medical institutions that provide flu vaccination services. 2. For research subjects, the inclusion criteria are: (1) individuals visiting medical institutions for vaccination and those consulting or accompanying for vaccination (regardless of vaccine type); (2) those aged =6 months with no contraindications for flu vaccination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. For medical institutions, the exclusion criteria are: medical institutions that have previously participated in other studies related to improving flu vaccination rates. 2. For research subjects, the exclusion criteria are: (1) individuals who actively visit medical institutions to receive the flu vaccine; (2) individuals who have already received the flu vaccine during the current flu season.
