Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male basketball players aged between 18 and 25. (2) Have at least 5 years of basketball training and competition experience. (3) I have not experienced any musculoskeletal injuries that affect my athletic performance in the past six months. (4) Major health issues such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, or orthopedic diseases. (5) Do not use any drugs that may affect the research results, including but not limited to exercise supplements such as caffeine, creatine, taurine, etc. (6) Agree to avoid high-intensity exercise and maintain a consistent dietary pattern during the study period. (7) Willing and able to comply with all regulations of the study, including supplement intake and testing arrangements. (8) Provide a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There is a history of allergies to BCAAs or any ingredients used in research. (2) There is a record of using any exercise supplements in the past month. (3) Report smoking behavior. (4) History of any chronic or acute illness that has affected athletic ability within the past six months. (5) Conducted high-intensity exercise training within the week prior to the start of the study. (6) Failure to comply with the research protocol, including failure to attend all scheduled testing and training sessions on time. (7) There are contraindications to any physical loads that may be encountered during the research process. (8) Any situation judged by the research team that may affect the interpretation of the research results.
