18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients undergoing thoracoscopy elective left lung segment or lobectomy surgery under elective general anesthesia; 2. ASA grade ?~?; 3. Age 18~64 years old; 4. BMI 18.5~27.9 kg/m^2; 5.Patients were willing to be tested and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative pulmonary function tests: FEV1 <70%; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal dysfunction; 3. History of thoracic surgery; 4. History of tuberculosis, pleurisy, pneumothorax and severe COPD; 5. Patients who refuse clinical trials.
