Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age>18 years old; 2) ASA I-I-I Level; 3) Stable overall condition and good respiratory function reserve 4) Voluntary signing of informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The subject explicitly refused to participate in this study; 2) Diagnostic history of central nervous system diseases; 3) ASA>Level III; 4) Combined heart disease (heart failure, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, etc.); 5) Anemia or thrombocytopenia, Hb<90g/L, PLT<80 × 109/L; 6) Allergic to anesthetic drugs; 7) Previous history of mental illnesses such as depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder; 8) Pregnant or lactating patients; 9) Known history of carotid artery stenosis; 10) Researchers believe that participants who are not suitable to participate in this study
