Interventions

6 Hours group:After returning to the ward, decompression began, relax the device for 1 lap every 1h until all the decompression was completed, and the device was removed after 6h, and the puncture por
2 Hours group:After the patient underwent coronary interventional treatment, the nurse started to relieve the device after 0.5 hours. Relax for 1 lap every 1 hour, and remove the device after 2 hours.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age is greater than or equal to 18 years old 2: Transradial artery approach was peripheral intervention and the same model of the same specification hemostat was used after surgery 3: Patients after a successful puncture of the unilateral upper limb 4: Consent to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with bleeding and hematoma at the puncture site after returning to the ward 2: People with language and communication disabilities
