18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Between the ages of 18 and 35, regardless of gender; 2) Healthy body, no family history of diseases, non high-risk population for cardiovascular diseases; 3) I have signed an informed consent form and am willing to cooperate with taking creatine; 4) Do not consume caffeine during the experiment; 5) There is no abnormal physical condition after a clinical doctor's physical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Renal insufficiency; 2) Dry depression.
