60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =60 years; (2) Fried frailty phenotype score =1; (3) Be able to walk independently or with the help of an assistive device; (4) Bathel index of daily living ability =60; (5) informed consent and willingness to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Any contraindication to vivifrail (acute myocardial infarction or recent unstable angina; uncontrolled arrhythmia; uncontrolled hypertension or hypotension; acute decompensated diabetes mellitus or uncontrolled hypoglycaemia; fracture within 1 month); (2)diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or other mental illness and unable to co-operate; (3) severe uncorrected visual or auditory impairment; (4) concurrent participation in other similar topics.
