18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: All subjects voluntarily signed the informed consent form and were able to complete the study according to the protocol. 2: Age of 18-75 years old, male or female 3: Clinical diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma according to clinical and imaging examination or pathological biopsy 4: the subject has at least two measurable solid lesions in the body that can be accurately and continuously measured by the modified RECIST criteria (version 1.1) 5: ECOG score of 0-2 6: Laboratory indicators should meet the following requirements: a. ALT and AST should not exceed 3 times of the upper limit of normal, BUN and Cr should not exceed 1.5 times of the upper limit of normalb. Blood routine: 2*109/L=WBC=2*1010/L, PLT=80*109/L, Hb=80 g/L 7: Other routine examinations were within the normal range or acceptable according to the investigator.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Recovery from major trauma (including surgery) within 4 weeks before receiving the study treatment 2: patients with severe systemic or local infection or other serious coexisting diseases 3: patients with abnormal immune function or recent use of immunosuppressive or enhancing agents including various vaccines 4: patients with autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid 5: inadequately controlled arrhythmias including atrial fibrillation 6: cardiac insufficiency (> New York Heart Association (NYHA) class II criteria) 7: Uncontrolled hypertension 8: patients with a history of allergy or allergic constitution to any component of the imaging agent including antibodies 9: Syphilis, HBV, HCV, HIV positive subjects 10: Men and women of childbearing age who cannot take effective contraceptive measures 11: Pregnant or lactating women 12: Persons with a history of mental illness or related illness 13: Unable or unable to perform PET/CT scans 14: 14 Other subjects deemed by other investigators to be unsuitable for inclusion
