Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age over 18 years old; ? Obtain informed consent from patients or their families; ? The patient is conscious, has certain reading and writing abilities, and has been admitted to the ICU for more than 24 hours; ? The patient did not use antipsychotic drugs during hospitalization;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals with other organic syndromes that can lead to consciousness disorders, especially intellectual impairment, acute transient psychiatric disorders, schizophrenia, or acute states of affective disorders; ? Individuals with severe visual and auditory impairments who are unable to communicate effectively; ? Patients who die during their stay in the ICU or whose family members give up treatment.
