18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults aged 18 - 65 years; (2) Patients with mild (5% - 10% intrahepatic fat content) and moderate (10% - 25% intrahepatic fat content) NAFLD; (3) No change in medication regimen used in the past month; (4) No cancer or history of cancer; (5) Women not in pregnancy, breastfeeding, or perimenopause.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe NAFLD (>25% intrahepatic fat content); (2) Patients with diabetes and digestive diseases; (3) Vegetarians, weight-loss dieters (4) People with organ transplantation and organ failure; (5) People with viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease and other specific diseases that can lead to fatty liver; (6) Excessive alcohol consumption (>70g per week for women and >140g per week for men); (7) Those who consumed Omega-3 fatty acid supplements during the intervention; (8) Those with MRI contraindications.
