Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the PD group were as follows: (1) met the clinical diagnostic criteria for PD proposed by the International Movement Disorder Society in 2015 ; (2) had normal or corrected visual acuity; (3) no oculomotor abnormalities such as blepharospasm, diplopia, and/or lid opening disuse; (4) no neurological comorbidities; (5) could understand and perform experimental tasks. Health control group: At the same time, recruited in local communities with gender, age, and education level matched with Parkinson's disease patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PD group: Had comorbid acute neurological disorders; had severe visual impairment, marked limitation of eye movement, or red-green color blindness; had ear disorders; and concomitant dementia or other conditions that could interfere with VNG examination. Health control group: No history of neurological disease, neurological physical examination did not find positive signs.
