Interventions

Gold Standard:Patients with herpes zoster have persistent pain for more than 3 months after receiving pulsed radiofrequency surgery.
Index test:The prediction model was constructed based on support vector machine, gradient boosting model and neural network.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age =18 years old, diagnosed with herpes zoster neuralgia (disease duration within 3 months); (2)The effect of non-surgical treatment is poor or the adverse effects of drug treatment (dizziness, drowsiness, etc.) are difficult to tolerate, visual analogue scale (VAS) score =4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients had received pulsed radiofrequency, radiofrequency thermocoagulation or spinal cord stimulation; (2) The pain caused by other diseases is consistent with the range of herpes zoster neuralgia; (3) Patients with mental disorders that cannot be effectively evaluated; (4) Patients with severe coagulopathy, puncture site infection, severe systemic diseases who cannot tolerate surgery.
