18 Years to 30 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-30; 2)HBsAg high level > 0.05IU/mL; 3)ALT=1×ULN (3 or more consecutive follow-up visits, each interval of at least 3 months); 4) Positive HBeAg; 5) Positive HBV DNA (or > 104IU/mL, < 2×107IU/mL); 6) Liver pathology showed no obvious inflammation, necrosis and fibrosis; 7) Initial treatment (no previous NAs or interferon anti-hepatitis B virus therapy drugs).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Age =30 years old; 2) Treated patients; 3) ALT > 1×ULN; 4) Liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, liver cancer and other malignant tumors; 5) Alcoholics or drug addicts; 6) Patients with HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV infection and autoimmune liver disease; 7) Combined use of immunosuppressants.
