Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Case group: Diagnosed with GD, disease duration = 3 months, normal/near normal control of thyroid function. Simultaneously meet one of the following conditions: ? Accompanied by a single high-risk nodule with a diameter of less than 1.0cm; ? Thyroid II-III degree enlargement with compression symptoms or severe impact on appearance; ? Moderate to severe hyperthyroidism with poor therapeutic effect; ? Serious adverse reactions or inability to persist in taking ATD medication; ? Posterior sternal goiter; ?Patients with severe Graves orbital disease require rapid reduction of TRAb. (2) Control group: ? Age and sex can be matched with case group; ? Thyroid papillary carcinoma, single lesion; ? No Hashimoto's thyroiditis or other autoimmune diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart, liver, and kidney diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; (2) Pregnant women; (3) Not signing the informed consent form and not being able to follow up after 6 months.
