Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged = 60 years who undergoing off pump coronary artery bypass surgery under general anesthesia at the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from July 15, 2024 to July 15, 2025 were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative mental retardation caused by Parkinson's disease or dementia; History of mental illness; Refusing to participate in this study; Patients who have not completed preoperative cognitive assessment and postoperative delirium assessment due to various reasons; Exclusion criteria: Those who switch from off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery to on-pump coronary artery bypass surgery; Patients who experience serious adverse events during surgery, such as allergic shock, leading to death, life-threatening conditions, irreversible organ damage, and prolonged hospital stay; Patients who failed to complete delirium assessment within 7 days after surgery;
