Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Hashimoto's thyroiditis: 1) age 18-75 years old; 2) any gender; 3) referring to the diagnostic criteria listed in the 2008 Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Thyroid Diseases, thyroid ultrasound suggests diffuse thyroid enlargement with uneven echogenicity and toughened texture, especially with isthmus conus lobe enlargement, and positive serum TgAb and/or TPOAb. Healthy control group: 1) aged 18-75 years; 2) normal thyroid function and antibodies, no diffuse/unevenly echogenic changes on thyroid ultrasound; 3) no autoimmune diseases, malignant tumours, acute or chronic diseases of the liver, kidneys or heart.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) other thyroid diseases, such as Graves' disease and subacute thyroiditis; 2) severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic, and renal insufficiency and malignant tumours; 3) severe stress such as acute stroke and acute myocardial infarction in the last 6 months; 4) in pregnancy and lactation; 5) lack of critical laboratory data;.
