35 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnostic criteria for non-small cell lung cancer specified in the Code of Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Lung Cancer (2021 Edition); (2) Age 35~70 years old; (3) thoracoscopic lobectomy; (4) High-resolution CT showed a mass = 3cm; (5) No neurological, muscular and joint lesions that affect movement; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; (7) Self-care, sober and able to communicate normally before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with recurrence of non-small cell lung cancer after surgery; (2) Lung cancer is metastatic cancer, non-primary lesion and distant metastasis; (3) Those who receive special treatment such as chemotherapy before surgery; (4) Insufficiency of liver, kidney, heart, brain, lungs and other organs; (5) Have a history of lung surgery; (6) preoperative activity disorder; (7) Those whose condition deteriorates or changes the original intervention plan; (8) Inability to tolerate or refuse pulmonary rehabilitation training; (9) Patients with other malignant tumors.
