Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with primary hepatocellular carcinoma according to the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer (2024 Edition)"; (2) Liver cancer staging classified as CNLC Stage Ia, Ib, and IIa, with planned liver resection; (3) Age: 18-50 years; (4) Patients have good compliance and have signed an informed consent form; (5) Able to communicate normally, with no other mental illnesses aside from depression.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals diagnosed by a psychiatrist who must take psychiatric medications; (2) Patients with severe cachexia; (3) Individuals with severe comorbidities such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, or kidney diseases; (4) Patients with autoimmune diseases; (5) Pregnant women, women with recent pregnancy intentions, and breastfeeding women; (6) Individuals currently participating in other clinical trials; (7) Patients with liver metastatic cancer or multiple cancers.
