18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals between the ages of 18 and 75 who have lost a loved one, specifically a direct relative; 2. Complete the assessment during the initial recruitment phase and meet the diagnostic cut-off value for prolonged grief disorder; 3. Able to communicate in Chinese and participate in group counseling or reading tasks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe mental disorders, including suicidal behavior and schizophrenia, or those with serious physical illnesses.
