Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age 18-65 years old; - Patients with aplastic anemia (AA), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), etc. - Patient signs informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with splenomegaly; - Patients who have recently received antithymocyte globulin therapy; - Pregnant or nursing patients; - Patients who cannot give informed consent or comply with experimental protocols.
