Test group:1 Information intervention stage: 1 The researcher and the patient know each other, build trust, introduce the research content in detail, and assess the patients cognition of bladder cance
2. Distribute the "Health Knowledge Manual for Bladder Perfusion" and "Follow up Manual for Bladder Perfusion Treatment" and guide the filling method
3. Keep contact information with each other and guide patients to add work WeChat groups and department official account
4. Have a comprehensive understanding of bladder tumors and bladder perfusion related knowledge. 2 Motivation Behavioral Intervention Stage: 1. Based on the follow-up manual filled out by the patient,
2. Guide patients to actively express their chemotherapy concerns, understand their current psychological state and needs, and seek solutions through voice mail, backend messages, and other means
3. Through data sharing on WeChat groups, inform patients of the high risk of postoperative tumor recurrence and the necessity of bladder infusion chemotherapy, enhance their awareness of self-managem
4. Collaborate with patients and their families to develop goals and plans for bladder infusion chemotherapy, and provide personalized nursing services for them
5. Notify the patient to come to the hospital for infusion chemotherapy on time through SMS reminder the day before infusion chemotherapy
6. Behavioral intervention: articles+videos are combined to use the official account to push patients to ban water and ensure sleep before perfusion

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of bladder cancer; 2.Patients undergoing transurethral resection of bladder tumors; 3.Patients undergoing bladder infusion chemotherapy; 4.Patients with clear awareness and no communication barriers; 5.Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Merge with other liver and kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and mental illness patients; 2.Patients with other tumors; 3.Incomplete clinical data and inability to determine intervention effectiveness; 4.Refusal to participate in this study; 5.Non compliant or withdrawal midway.
