Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily join this study and sign an informed consent form; 2. Preoperative CT or ultrasound gastroscopy confirmed the lesion as proximal gastric cancer T1 or T2, with no lymph node metastasis. All patients did not receive preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or other treatments that may affect the outcome. Male or female, age>=18 years old and not exceeding 75 years old; 3. Expected survival period>=3 months; 4. At least one measurable tumor lesion: on spiral CT, the long diameter is greater than or equal to 10 mm, and the short diameter of lymph nodes is greater than or equal to 15 mm; Ordinary CT or physical examination, with a maximum diameter of>=20mm; 5. No major organ failure; 6. No severe coagulation dysfunction; 7. Patients who can tolerate surgery and electronic gastroscopy examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intestinal obstruction; 2. There is extensive adhesion in the peritoneal cavity; 3. There is obvious inflammation in the abdominal cavity; 4. There are high-risk factors for poor anastomotic healing, including anastomotic edema, ischemia, significant tension, severe hypoalbuminemia, etc; 5. Dysfunction of major organs such as the heart, kidneys, liver, and brain; 6. cachexia; 7. Severe coagulation disorders; 8. Individuals with severe or uncontrolled cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, or those with unstable vital signs due to various reasons; 9. Vulnerable groups, including individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, etc.
