Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients diagnosed with lung cancer in thoracic surgery who are to undergo lobectomy, segmental resection or wedge resection 2:30-75 years old 3:ASA Class II-III 4:Single lung ventilation for 1-3 hours 5:18.5<BMI <23.9 6:Sign relevant informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with total lung resection, emergency thoracotomy, mechanical ventilation without extubation after surgery, recent use of antioxidants (such as vitamin E preparations), and serious medical complications or complications 2: The investigator believes that there are subjects who are not eligible for participation in this trial for other factors
