Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurse Registered Nurses; Clinical Frontline Nurses; Have personally experienced or been involved in a relevant healthcare safety adverse event; Informed consent and voluntary participation in this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Less than one year of clinical service; nurses on leave of absence for more than one year due to sick leave or other reasons.
