Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Patients with upper limb paralysis who have undergone PICC catheter insertion and maintenance in our hospital; ?Patients with an expected survival time of more than 4 weeks; ?Patients who have signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation disorders; 2. Patients who require anticoagulant drugs due to underlying conditions; 3. Patients with a history of thromboembolism; 4. And patients who refuse to participate in the study. Withdrawal criteria: 1. Patients whose catheter maintenance is interrupted; 2. Other reasons for unplanned catheter removal; 3. Patients who abandon treatment or die due to deterioration of their condition; 4. Patients who withdraw from the study for other reasons.
