18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction, mildly reduced ejection fraction, or preserved ejection fraction, as well as patients with left-sided valvular heart disease; echocardiography indicating signs of pulmonary hypertension; complete medical records; and patients who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension, pulmonary obstructive diseases, hematological disorders, respiratory diseases, connective tissue diseases, congenital heart disease, or malignant tumors; patients with varying degrees of liver or kidney dysfunction; and patients with psychiatric disorders, drug dependence, or cognitive impairment.
