Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: aged 25 to 35, height 160 to 175 cm, weight over 50 kg, with a BMI range of 18.5 to 23.9, Chinese nationality; routine physical examination, including: height, weight, blood pressure; blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver function, renal function, blood glucose, blood lipids, tumor markers, electrocardiogram, B-ultrasound (abdomen, urinary system, heart, etc.), internal medicine examination (auscultation of heart and lungs, abdominal palpation), surgical examination (lymph nodes, skin, and extremities, spine), ophthalmology examination (vision, fundus, color vision), and otolaryngology examination, with all results indicating good health. Participants must understand and comply with the research process, voluntarily participate, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: participants who have participated in any drug or medical device clinical trials within 3 months prior to screening; those with allergies to any food or medication; those with plans to become pregnant within the next 6 months and unwilling to use effective contraception; those who have donated blood within 1 month prior to screening or donated more than 450 mL of blood within 3 months prior to screening; those with a history of alcoholism [weekly alcohol intake greater than 21 units/week (male) (1 unit = 360 mL of beer; or 150 mL of wine; or 45 mL of baijiu)], and those who smoke more than 5 cigarettes per day within 3 months prior to the trial; those with drug dependence or who have taken medications that affect bone metabolism within 2 weeks prior to screening; those with a history of genetic diseases, infectious diseases, substance abuse, organic diseases, or potential physical illnesses and/or psychological abnormalities that are not suitable for participation in bed rest experiments; those with metal implants in their bodies, severe vertigo, or severe snoring; those who have recently experienced marital or romantic setbacks, family changes, or have a criminal record (a certificate of no criminal record must be submitted upon request after passing the initial screening).
