Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years; 2) Congenital heart disease combined with PH, according to the updated criteria of the latest 2022 European Pulmonary Hypertension Guideline, resting pulmonary artery pressure > 20 mmHg as determined by right heart catheterization; 3) Undergo and complete cardiac surgical treatment, with clinical assessment requiring treatment with inhaled nitric oxide (=6h).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Significant risk of bleeding; 2) Confirmed diagnosis of high ferritinemia; 3) Incomplete hospital case system data, preventing data collection, analysis, and statistics.
