Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly pregnant women; 2. Liangshan residents; 3. Those who are willing to take part in the experiment voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not pregnant women or puerpera; 2. Not Liangshan residents; 3. Pregnant women in counties where the number of new pregnant women last year was less than 150.
