Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Scheduled to receive radiation therapy at the Department of Radiotherapy for Tumors, Peking University Third Hospital 2: Patients with rectal cancer aged 18-80 years 3: The investigator determines the general health status of the subject based on the subject's medical history, physical examination, vital signs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: The subject has no history of diseases associated with renal hemodynamic stability, including, but not limited to, asymptomatic congestive heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, unstable angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmias, active peptic ulcer, or bleeding disorders. 2: Patients who, in the opinion of the investigator, are not suitable to participate in this clinical study
