Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years; (2) Diagnosis conforms to the diagnostic criteria for liver failure as outlined in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver Failure (2018 Edition)."
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with existing or past infection of pulmonary aspergillosis at admission; (2) Patients who have previously been infected with pulmonary aspergillosis or are currently using antifungal drugs; (3) Patients with solid or hematological malignancies, AIDS, hematopoietic stem cell or solid organ transplants, and other diseases; (4) Patients with an expected hospital stay of less than 7 days, and an expected survival time of less than 48 hours; (5) Patients with a history of intolerance or allergy to azole and echinocandin antifungal drugs.
