Group C:Immediate postoperative cold therapy was given for 6h at 10?-15?
on postoperative days 1-7, cold therapy for 2h, 4 times a day: 7:00-9:00,11:00-13:00,15:00-17:00,19:00-21:00.
Group A:Immediate postoperative cold therapy was administered for 0.5 h at intervals of =1 h at 10°C-15°C four times a day: 7:00-7:30,11:00-11:30,15:00-15:30,19:00-19:30, and intervened until postoper
Group B:Immediate postoperative cold therapy for 6h at 10?-15?
on postoperative days 1-7, cold therapy for 2h, 4 times a day: 7:00-9:00,11:00-13:00,15:00-17:00,19:00-21:00.Immediate postoperative cold therapy for 6h at 10?-15?

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?First-time unilateral TKA with the same physician group of surgeons ?Age 40 = age = 75, male or female; ?Aware and able to communicate effectively; ?Those with no previous history of open trauma or surgery to the affected knee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Combined severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunctions ?Persons with coagulation or haematological disorders ?Those with malignant tumours ?Those with pre-existing preoperative lower limb DVT ?Comorbidities of the circulatory system ? Preoperative lower limb venous valve insufficiency; ?Those using antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulants within 2 weeks before surgery ?Sensory impairment in patients with nerve damage to the lower limb on the operated side ?Those with drug contraindications, cold allergies or other reasons not suitable for this study
