Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From October, 2024 to May, 2025, elderly patients (operating departments: general surgery, thoracic surgery, cardiac surgery, urology, otolaryngology surgery, gynecology, orthopedics) in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University, aged = 65 years, ASA grade II or III;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly people with a history of psychiatric or neurological diseases such as stroke, Parkinson's, dementia, etc.
