Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe acute intestinal infection, intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, toxic megacolon, 2. There was active gastrointestinal bleeding. 3. Active inflammatory bowel disease; (4) after digestive tract reconstruction; 5. Severe chronic renal failure (eGFR<30ml/min), 6. Severe congestive heart failure (NYHA class ? or ?); 7.
