18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects must meet the following criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years 2. ASA is graded I-III 3. Cardiac function class I-II 4. Child-Pugh is graded on either A or B scale 5.Renal function and blood glucose were normal before surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any one of the following criteria shall be excluded from this research proposal: 1. Patients who refuse to join this trial or are unable to cooperate with the instructions 2. Patients who have had liver surgery in the past 3. Patients with dysfunction of vital organs of heart, lungs, liver and kidneys who cannot tolerate anesthesia 4.Patients with spinal deformities or coagulation abnormalities 5. Patients who are allergic to intravenous anesthetic drugs and local anesthetic drugs 6. BMI>30Kg/m^2 7. Patients who have used calcium ion antagonists, ulinastatin and other drugs that have a protective effect on HIRI before surgery 8.Patients with preoperative fever Rejection criteria: 1.Patients with unpredictable adverse events during anesthesia surgery, such as drug allergies, anesthesia and surgical accidents 2.Patients with an intraoperative blockade time that is too long (>80 minutes) or a shorter blockade time (800ml) 4.Patients with hyperthermia (>38°C) during surgery
