Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Inclusion criteria for retrospective studies: ? Surgical patients aged 18-75 years old; ? After the surgery, enter PACU to revive the patient; ? The anesthesia method is general anesthesia with tracheal intubation only ? Complete clinical data. 2 Inclusion criteria for prospective studies ? Surgical patients aged 18-75 years old; ? Patients with the main complaint of ‘weight gain’ who want to undergo bariatric surgery in the Gastrointestinal Surgery Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University ? Complete clinical data ? Normal thinking and cognitive ability ? Consciousness and ability to complete the questionnaires independently after the operation; ? Knowledge of the content of our study and voluntary participants;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Exclusion criteria for retrospective studies: ? Patients with incomplete clinical data; ? The anesthesia method is general anesthesia without tracheal intubation; ? Patients who did not enter PACU for resuscitation after surgery 2 Exclusion criteria for prospective studies: ? Patients refused to participate in the study ? Age 65 years. ? Combined asthma, central system diseases and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; ? Those with previous mental illness or psychological disorder; ? Those who underwent oral and maxillofacial surgery; ? Those with incomplete clinical information and unable to be followed up.
