Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Han nationality (2) Age 18-65 years old; (3) The DSM-IV Structured Clinical Interview (SCID) was used to meet the DSM-IV clinical diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia; Refractory schizophrenia is diagnosed according to the criteria proposed by Kane in 1996: a.Poor response to treatment with an appropriate course of three antipsychotic drugs in the past five years (at least two of the three drugs have different chemical structures);b. The patient cannot tolerate the adverse reactions of antipsychotic drugs;C. even if there is sufficient maintenance treatment or preventive treatment, patients with recurrence or worse still, (4) PANSS score > 60; (5) Signing informed consent; All participants were cared for by at least one adult, drug intake was recorded, medication compliance was monitored and adverse drug reactions were detected in time. (6) Patients who have developed metabolic disorders (i.e. meet any of the following criteria: Body mass index =25.0kg/m2, fasting blood glucose =6.1mmol/L or 2h post-glucose load blood glucose =7.8mmol/L, blood pressure =130/85mmHg, triglyceride =1.70mmol/L, high density lipoprotein cholesterol < 1.04mmol/L)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) up to the standard of dsm-iv diagnosis schizoaffective disorder, mood disorders, mental retardation, broad developmental disorders, delirium, dementia, memory disorders, or other cognitive impairment; (2) Other exclusion criteria: people with serious unstable physical diseases; Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, heart insufficiency, brain organic disease; (3) Pregnancy or lactation period; (4) Patients wearing pacemakers or other electronic medical devices; (5) Patients who lack enzymes required for ketogenic diet metabolism.
