Group of Remimazolam:Anesthesia was induced with 0.15-0.25 mg/kg of remimazolam, anesthesia was maintained with 0.2-1.0 mg/kg ·h of remimazolam.
Propofol group:Anesthesia induction uses propofol 1.5-2.5mg/kg, and anesthesia maintenance uses propofol target controlled infusion 4-12 mg/kg · h

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients and their families signed informed consent for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Age 20-60 yr, body mass index 18.5-26.0 kg /m2, American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status ? or ?.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative language communication and cognitive impairment; 2. Preoperative sleep disorders (PSQI>7); 3. History of severe mental or neurological disease; 4, drug or psychotropic drug abuse, long-term use of steroid drugs, hormone drugs; 5. Severe visual and hearing impairment.
