Liposomal Bupivacaine:Before the end of surgery, patients will receive liposomal bupivacaine (266mg, 20ml) for wound infiltration
Ropivacaine group (Rop group):Before the end of surgery, patients will receive 0.375% ropivacaine saline (20 ml) for wound infiltration

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =18 years old, male or female sex; 2) American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III; 3) Undergoing elective unilateral thoracoscopic lung surgery; 4) Clear understanding the research process and providing written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergy to bupivacaine, ropivacaine or other anesthetics; 2) Previous history of thoracic surgery; 3) History of neuropathic or chronic pain (defined as pain that has persisted for >3 months) or long-term use of analgesics before surgery (defined as use for >3 months); 4) Inability to understand the study protocol, or refusal to participate in the study.
