Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select patients who undergo elective non cardiac surgery at Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital. Patients and their families voluntarily participate in this study with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative myocardial injury (cTnI > 0.04 ng/ml), uncontrolled severe hypertension (SBP=180 mmHg or DBP=110 mmHg), liver and kidney dysfunction, brain dysfunction, hemodynamic failure, ischemic heart disease, ischemic electrocardiogram abnormality; ASA grade =IV; A history of severe prior alcohol abuse and opioid dependence; Combined with psychotic system disease; History of anaesthetic drugs involved during the operation.
